The survey showed that Luxury in Poland is still rather a way to show off and luxury goods and valuable luxury brands must be clearly recognizable. Poles are not yet adept at reading the meaning of niche brands or post material values, which in Western Europe are increasingly popular highlights of material status. Major symbols of luxury in Poland are brands like Chanel, Rolex, Mercedes Benz, Lexus and Dior. The survey was conducted in February 2015 on group of 1,028 people with higher/top income.
