Bottega Italiana



15 years after the opening of its first boutique in Karaganda, Bottega Italiana decided to extend its sales on online, with the ambition of establishing itself as the first Kazakh luxury e-commerce brand, selling Made in Italy shoes and accessories.


We designed a complete e-commerce environment: the website look and feel, platform selection, creative contents and editorial plan for the first six months, and everything had to deliver a luxury experience. In addition to the set-up activities, we supported Bottega Italiana as it opened social-media accounts, and helped define its content strategy for Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
