Tammy is a native New Yorker. She graduated from Columbia University with an AB in Economics and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and has lived in London for the past 15 years.
Tammy has 15 years of experience in global marketing with luxury and aspirational brands.
She founded SCB Partners, the leading global trend-based marketing insights consultancy in fashion and luxury (now part of Havas) with clients including Chanel, Burberry, Net-A-Porter Group, Harrods, Christie’s, Credit Suisse, Estee Lauder, Whistles and Topshop.
Previously, Tammy worked within the music industry.
GianMario graduated in Business Administration at the Pavia University and before joining the Havas Media Group, he held positions of Manager and Head of Fashion & Luxury in the vertical integration Bitmama Reply, the joint venture between Reply Group (Consulting & Systems Integration) and Armando Testa (one of the main Italian media agencies).
GianMario has acquired a very strong background and his experiences range from communications consulting with a specialized focus on digital innovation to processes and change management.
Since 2012 he has been Chief Integration Officer and Director of LuxHub (a team of experts and insiders, able to drive the creation and delivery of meaningful communication strategies for luxury brands and luxury audiences).
In 2013 he has been nominated Chief Business Development & Integration Officer for Havas Media Group with the responsibilities of Clients, New Business and Marketing activities. He is also
guest professor at LUISS University as a member
of the LUISS Master of Fashion course.
After gaining a masters degree in economics at the Bocconi University in Italy, Antonella worked for over 10 years in the strategy departments of the most important Italian communications groups, developing a wide experience of different industries.
Antonella joined Havas Media Group in 2010 as Head of Strategy and now holds the position of Global Strategy Director for LuxHub as well as head of DataInsight creating a specific strategic consulting offer for the Italian market.
Deirdre has more than 20 years of global experience as a communications director specialising in traditional PR, new and social-media strategies for international markets in the fields of fashion, luxury and lifestyle.
Her prior experience includes, most recently, managing the worldwide communications strategies of Tod's, Versace and the Giorgio Armani Group. She is American by birth, and holds both Irish and American citizenship, but has been based in Italy for more than 20 years.
Rachel has the responsibility of driving the strategic and commercial operations of Luxhub, as well as remit for identifying and assessing external and innovative partnerships to ensure LuxHub is at the forefront of providing best-in-class practices with cutting-edge methodologies to our clients.
A creative, resourceful and fast acting marketer and business development executive, Rachel spent four years on the global team driving Havas Worldwide's growth and new business momentum.
She was also part of the leadership team that drove the 2012 rebrand Euro RSCG Worldwide to Havas Worldwide globally. Previously as the Marketing and Sales Manager at Southern Wine & Spirits of New York, Rachel developed initiatives and activation programs across the luxury and premium brand portfolios for clients.
Rachel began her career at Havas London where she worked in new business and on the development and implementation of communication strategies across a variety of global and local brands including News International, Uniqlo and British Midlands Airlines. A Business graduate of Trinity College Dublin, she is based in New York.
An experienced strategist with a passion for new things, she earned her doctorate in sociology and worked in the world’s top advertising agencies. Known for her future-facing approach to strategy, she led design of digital brand experiences and business solutions for global luxury and fashion brands like Tom Ford, Topshop, Canali, Harry Winston, PUMA, Rom Ford Beauty, Replay, DeBeers,The Macallan, Blomberg Media, Knoll and The Peninsula Hotels.
Ana was recognized as one of the top 10 digital strategists in the world by the Guardian, her writing has appeared in Fast Company, Adweek, Advertising Age, Campaign, Luxury Daily and the Guardian. She presented at SxSW, Advertising Week New York, OMMA and the Retail Futures Forum among others and guest lectured at Columbia University, SVA, Miami Ad School and HyperIsland. Ana lives in New York City.
Graduated from SciencesPo Paris and Berkeley (CA, USA), Brune starts her career at Havas Paris as a consultant specialised in branding and advertising. In 2010, she is appointed as new business and marketing director, a position she took up for 4 years. It is in May 2014 that Brune joins BETC Luxe’s teams as Deputy managing director.
As such, she leads a team of about 40 people and has been in charge of leading many international and integrated budgets such as Louis Vuitton, La Fondation Louis Vuitton, LVMH Prize, Le Bon Marché, Fendi, Cointreau or Yves Saint Laurent Beauty. Since joining BETC Luxe, she has actively contributed to the agency development.
With 15 years' experience in media, marketing and events, including 10 years at Havas, Xavier worked for Havas SE in Beijing during the 2008 Olympic Games before successfully managing the group event operations during the Shanghai World Expo in 2010.
He was appointed General Manager of the China office in 2011 and led the agency until his return to France to join the Global Team in 2013.
Houda Tohme, Head of Front Office, is a seasoned veteran with over 21 years of Media and Marketing experience. Prior to joining Havas Media in 2006, Houda worked in marketing, advertising & media across several industries ranging from FMCG to Fashion and Luxury.
Houda has been in Dubai for the past 14 years, joining Havas Media Middle East in 2006, pouring dedication and passion into her craft and focusing her affinity towards luxury brands. As head of planning, she has proudly lead the Havas Media planning team throughout a strong growth journey onboarding impressive wins such as Hyundai & Kia and LG among others. Houda also spearheads the luxury division for Havas Media leading the UAE’s most prominent luxury media experts in the region. As of January 2013, Houda was promoted to Deputy General Manager for the Dubai operations to lead the team, implement digital integration & maintain & strengthen client satisfaction.
Houda has launched Luxhub ME in 2012, an online luxury intelligence & thought leadership portal accessible to Havas Media’s clients. Havas Media Group Luxhub is now a global practice specialized in Fashion & Luxury providing luxury thinking and expertise spanning the various communication disciplines with Dubai being the Middle Eastern Hub for the label.
As of January 2015, Houda was appointed as Head of Front Office for the Dubai office in charge of client relationship, strategy, research & business development for the operations in the region.
Since 2012, Carlos has been leading the Business Development Team out of the Dubai Office. Covering all markets and countries in the region, Carlos has a diverse and far-reaching level of expertise, contacts and knowledge within the luxury industry, as well as the determination to drive new business in what is a very competitive and challenging market.
Carlos joined Havas Media Barcelona in 2004 after he graduated with a major in Business and Administration. Come 2008, he decided to expand his knowledge and enrolled at the Instituto de Empresa whereby he graduated later that year with an International MBA degree. Immediately after, he re-joined Havas Media and relocated to Dubai. Joining as a Media Manager, Carlos quickly learned and gained the necessary market knowledge that placed him as the lead on many key accounts including Puig, Coty and Ralph Lauren.
